We’re Big Fat Smile. A not-for-profit that plays a pivotal role in the lives of thousands of children and families across Australia. We’re early education enthusiasts, with 40+ community preschools, long day care centres and fun clubs, and a variety of community and inclusion programs. Each one dedicated to giving every child the best start in life. And each well-respected for the work it does.

Right now, we’re looking for casual Early Childhood Educators for our Reynolds Street Community Preschool - an 'Exceeding' NQS rated service. What makes this place special is our promotion for mental well-being for educators and children alike. With meditation, yoga and brain breaks embedded in the daily routine, as well as sensory inclusions in the physical environment such as a water wall, a music wall and a large sandpit, this service has something for anyone to thrive.
