About the Role

As a Project Manager, you'll lead and support critical ICT projects across multiple agencies. This role is central to a high-profile health transformation program, where your work will improve clinical outcomes and streamline digital workflows for healthcare providers.

You will work closely with the Program Management Lead and a cross-functional delivery team to ensure successful project outcomes, from planning to execution, all while engaging with a broad range of stakeholders.

What You'll Do

- Lead the delivery of high-value digital health projects aligned with strategic goals.

- Build strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment.

- Prepare and maintain robust project plans, schedules, and reports.

- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and scope changes.

- Deliver quality documentation and artefacts in accordance with best practices.

- Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with a focus on excellence and minimal rework.

- Collaborate with team members to drive key milestones and project success.

What We're Looking For

- Solid track record delivering complex, large-scale ICT or health sector projects.

- Strong knowledge of project delivery frameworks such as PRINCE2, PMP, or Agile.

- Hands-on experience using tools like MS Project, Jira, and Confluence.

- Excellent stakeholder engagement, with the ability to navigate competing priorities and demands.

- Skilled in risk assessment, change management, and strategic problem-solving.

- Capable of adapting plans to shifting resources and timelines.
