You’ll be required to:

- Execute the company's OKRs via the product strategy and roadmap (e.g. ensure that features and products drive revenue and/or cut costs)
- Have a strong command of qualitative and quantitative data models to inform product strategy and decision-making
- Work closely with Stakeholders to define and implement frameworks of content management, delivery handing these off to the executing teams to own and manage
- Be an SME in Stake’s attribution models and frameworks for customer acquisition, build out attribution reporting models and integrations to provide the marketing and finance functions with the visibility they need to allocate spend efficiently
- Define a clear and executable approach to in-platform experimentation and A/B testing
- Own our customer rewards and subscription frameworks including Stake Black and drive them to customer and commercial success
- Own and drive the strategic development of Stake’s martech and engagement stack.

A bit about you

- Extensive experience in product management and development, with a proven track record in Product Growth, preferable in a Fintech and/or dynamic fast paced environment
- Extensive experience in crafting intuitive UX for mobile and desktop, with a strong customer focus
- A proven track record of building successful, customer-centric products, where consideration to risk and compliance processes has been central to execution
- Deep understanding of martech tools, content ecosystem, performance optimisation concepts and strategies to deliver results through capitalising core marketing channels
- Experience with working with customer data platforms and customer subscription models
- You have a passion for problem-solving and an entrepreneurial spirit
- Ability to lead, mentor and develop other product managers, design and engineering teams and a variety of stakeholders across the business.

At Stake, we’re more interested in your attitude than your resume. If you believe this is a role you want to jump into, please apply and let us know why in your cover letter
