About the Role

Shape the Future of AI-Powered Innovation at MYOB

We're empowering small businesses with cutting-edge technology to help them succeed. We're looking for a visionary leader to take on the role of Head of AI Products, driving the development, deployment, and scaling of AI-driven customer-facing solutions.

You'll have the opportunity to solve complex challenges at the intersection of AI, financial technology, and small business empowerment. The Responsibilities

As Head of AI Products, you'll spearhead the realisation of MYOB's AI strategy, and build and inspire a multidisciplinary team of scientists and engineers. This is a unique opportunity to blend technical expertise with strategic leadership to deliver personalised and intuitive AI-powered customer experiences.

  • Lead the design, development, and integration of AI-powered features to deliver high-impact customer solutions.
  • Transition AI initiatives from concept to scalable, enterprise-grade solutions, leveraging modern platforms and processes.
  • Implement comprehensive governance frameworks to ensure adherence to AI safety standards and ethical development practices.
  • Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team, fostering a culture of experimentation and continuous learning.
What You'll Bring

You'll bring a proven track record in launching AI-powered products, from concept to production, in dynamic and rapidly evolving environments. You'll also have expertise in scaling AI solutions with a focus on safety, cost optimisation, and performance.

You'll need a deep understanding of product analytics, A/B testing, and quantitative methods to optimise customer experiences. Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders to achieve commercial and customer-focused outcomes is essential.

Strong technical acumen and a passion for leveraging AI to address complex customer needs are must-haves. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field (Master's or PhD in AI/ML is highly desirable) is required.

Certifications in AI product management or machine learning are advantageous.
