We’re looking for a Team Leader to support and empower our Brisbane Contaminated Land group while contributing to impactful projects across Defence, Petroleum, Local Government, Mining and Resources.

WhatYou’llDo

- Support, mentor, and develop a specialist team delivering contaminated land site assessment and remediation projects.

- Manage day-to-day team operations, including resource planning and collaborative workload management.

- Deliver projects to a high technical standard, ensuring safety, quality, and integrity.

- Provide guidance and assurance across investigation, remediation, and reporting activities.

- Build strong relationships with clients and work closely with senior technical leaders on growth and improvement opportunities.

- Engage with regulators and internal stakeholders across Australia.

- Foster a culture of safety, wellbeing, and continuous improvement.

WhatYou’llBring

- A degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Geology, or a related discipline.

- Around 8+ years’ experience in contaminated land consulting (site assessment, remediation, regulatory engagement).

- Proven or emerging leadership skills with a collaborative and people-centred approach.

- Strong understanding of national and state environmental regulations.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

- Australian citizenship or permanent residency (required for Defence projects).

- CEnvP (General or Site Contamination Specialist) is highly regarded.
