Profile

We are currently working closely with an independent and respected Legionella Company, with a reputation for providing high-end Legionella Consultancy services to clients across the UK. They are currently looking to recruit a professional Legionella Consultant to cover Healthcare, Manufacturing and Blue-Chip clients across the Midlands / M1 region. The successful candidate will ideally come from a consultancy background and will have experience in undertaking in depth risk assessments and advising clients on technical report findings.

Applications will be considered from Coventry, Corby, Leicester, Loughborough, Derby, Burton upon Trent, Nottingham, and areas with good access to the M1 corridor.

Qualifications / Experience

- Will hold an industry recognised Legionella Risk Assessing qualification (C&G / WMSoc).

- Be able to demonstrate a strong technical knowledge, with a good working knowledge of ACoP L8, HTM 0401 and HSG 274 Guidelines.

- Ideally hold experience working within a consultancy setting; with experience in providing advise to clients on remedial and compliance measures.

Role / Responsibilities

- Carrying out Legionella Risk Assessments on both domestic hot / cold systems, as well as complex process systems across a varied portfolio of Healthcare, Commercial and Industrial Contracts.

- Ensuring all work is carried out within schedule and in accordance with all relevant legislation.

- Writing technical Risk Assessing reports.

- Providing consultancy services to clients; accurately explain report findings and any preventative measures needed to ensure compliance.

- Identifying upselling opportunities following risk assessment reports.

- Managing own workload to ensure accurate allocation of time for write up days.
