About the Role
As a Growth Solutions Consultant, you’ll be part of a dynamic, results‑oriented team supporting the full growth lifecycle—from new business initiatives and winning proposals to successful contract transitions and continuous improvement. You’ll play a key role in coordinating and delivering high‑quality tender and project submissions, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and timelines.
Duties and Responsibilities / a day in the life of the Growth Solutions Consultant
- Support planning, scheduling and execution of tender and project deliverables and track team tasks and maintain project documentation
- Organise and facilitate meetings to drive progress and decision‑making
- Prepare and distribute regular project updates and coordinate communication across project teams and stakeholdersContribute to process improvements and risk tracking
- Author response documents and ensure timely, compliant submissions
- Develop graphics and manage image libraries in collaboration with designers
About You
Qualifications
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Office suite
- Relevant tertiary education/accreditation
- Experience with project management tools (e.g. MS Project, Smartsheet, Salesforce, Autogen AI)
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification (desirable)
- Experience working with Government or Defence agencies (desirable)
- Eligibility for Baseline AGSVA clearance (desirable)
