About the role

We are seeking an experienced Multiskilled Operators to join the Pembroke Resource’s autonomous project in the Bowen Basin - the Olive Downs Complex.

Pembroke Resource’s Olive Downs Complex project located 40 kilometres South-East of Moranbah commenced mining operations mid-2023. Thiess was awarded a five-year contract to deliver full-service mining operations, including mine planning overburden removal, drill and blast, load and haul, water management and rehabilitation as well as the construction of the mine infrastructure.

As an Multiskilled Operator, you will be required to operate plant safely and efficiently in order to meet operational production targets.

About you

As a successful applicant, you’ll be a high-achieving safety-focused individual who enjoys delivering results in a dynamic environment. Your attention to detail coupled with your commitment to delivering high quality work will also ensure your success in this role. To be successful in the role, you will also be required to have:

- Current experience operating Dozer, Grader, Loader or Excavators in a Mining environment (Ideally Lieb R9800/R9600/R9400 excavators, Cat haul trucks 793/794, D11/D10 dozers)
- Current Drivers Licence
- Current Standard 11
- At least 12-month mining experience as mining production operator
- Experience in hard rock mining operation desirable
- HR drivers licence
