Overview

TEN Recruitment is partnering with a highly regarded WA developer/builder to appoint an experienced Contracts Administrator for ongoing projects south of the river. This is an opportunity to join a well-structured, growing business that promotes from within and provides genuine long-term stability. You’ll work across a diverse portfolio of commercial developments while benefiting from strong mentorship, clear systems, and defined progression into a Senior CA position.

Key Responsibilities

- Administer head and subcontractor agreements from award through to close-out.
- Manage variations, progress claims, procurement, and compliance documentation.
- Monitor project budgets, cost reports, and forecasting accuracy.
- Liaise with Project Managers and site teams to ensure commercial and delivery success.
- Support continuous improvement in contract management systems and procedures.

About You

- Proven experience as a Contracts Administrator in the WA construction market.
- Sound understanding of contract law, cost control, and procurement processes.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent communication and organisation skills.
- Proficient in construction management software and MS Office Suite.
- Perth-based with full Australian working rights.
