Job Description

Role: We are looking for a Program manager based in Melbourne.

Responsibilities

- Strategic Alignment: Ensures individual projects within the program contribute to the overall business strategy and objectives.

- Project Coordination: Manages interdependencies between projects, coordinating resources and activities to avoid redundancy and ensure smooth execution.

- Risk Management: Identifies potential risks, develops mitigation strategies, and manages issues that may impact program delivery.

- Resource Management: Oversees the allocation and utilization of resources (budget, personnel, etc.) across the program.

- Stakeholder Management: Maintains communication with stakeholders, managing expectations and ensuring transparency throughout the program lifecycle.

- Performance Monitoring: Tracks program progress, analyzes performance metrics, and identifies areas for improvement.

- Change Management: Facilitates organizational changes resulting from the program, ensuring smooth transitions and adoption of new processes.

Essential Skills

- Leadership: Guides and motivates project teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.

- Communication: Effectively communicates with diverse stakeholders, both written and verbal.

- Problem-Solving: Identifies and resolves issues that may arise during program execution.

- Organizational Skills: Manages multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, prioritizing effectively.

- Technical Proficiency: Depending on the program, may require understanding of specific technologies or methodologies.

Qualifications

Mandatory Skills: Project Delivery. Experience: 8-10 Years.
