Overview

We have a number of exciting casual opportunities for customer-focused Retail Assistants to join our Miranda store as we head into the busy Christmas season.

We’re seeking customer-focused team members with strong availability across weekdays, evenings and weekends, who are passionate about delivering exceptional experiences every time.

Who we are looking for

- Experienced Retail Assistants who take pride in creating unforgettable customer moments through outstanding service. As a Haigh’s ambassador, you’ll bring warmth, enthusiasm, and a genuine love of chocolate to every shift.
- To be successful in this role, you will bring:

- Previous experience in retail or hospitality
- Availability to work across weekdays, evenings and weekends
- A strong passion for customer service and a memorable in-store experience
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- A desire to learn and share detailed product knowledge
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive and professional problem-solving mindset
- Adaptability and a positive attitude in a dynamic retail environment
- And of course, a passion for all things chocolate
