The Opportunity:

As a Makeup Artist at Sephora, you will be our Beauty Studio Artist; bringing creativity to the store team by inspiring and helping customers unleash their inner artist and become the best version of themselves through makeup. You will have the opportunity to work across all departments including beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness. Initial onboarding training and continuous learning through our online platform and field trainers will support your growth. - Enjoy creating an amazing customer experience by providing a welcoming environment and listening to their unique makeup needs.
- Are a keen observer of new products and the latest beauty trends and techniques.
- Want to help customers discover the features and benefits of our CRM program to enhance their experience.
- Are open to expanding your knowledge of our iconic brands and sharing your expertise with your team.
- Participate in cross-training and in-store beauty expert sessions to continually learn and explore.
- Have a passion for sharing your artistry knowledge and providing 1:1 appointments.
- Previous sales and artistry experience, along with a certification or qualification in artistry, is highly desirable.

Please note that each store has its own needs. Our busiest days are Thursday to Sunday; the ideal candidate will be available for 3 full days, including late nights and weekends.
