About the role
Embark on an enriching journey as a Finance Analyst in FP&A at Reckitt. You will play a key role in constructing a comprehensive view of our company's financial health. From analyzing Profit & Loss statements to shaping strategy with your insights, your work will inform smarter business decisions. Your responsibilities
- Obtain a professional finance or accounting certification, supporting your industry knowledge with formal qualifications.
- Have 2-3 years of experience in finance, preferably in FP&A.
- Be skilled in financial modeling, with excellent Excel abilities for data analysis.
- Understand financial statements including P&L, cash flow, and balance sheets.
- Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills to navigate stakeholder relationships.
The experience we're looking for
- Same as responsibilities: professional certification, 2-3 years finance experience, financial modeling skills, understanding of financial statements, strong communication skills.
