Responsibilities

- Provide support to all chefs while maintaining a clean and hygienic workplace.
- Work efficiently in a fast‑paced kitchen environment.

Qualifications

- Previous experience as a Kitchen Hand or similar labour‑intensive role.
- Experience in a fast‑paced restaurant environment is advantageous.
- Demonstrated organisational, time‑management and problem‑solving skills.
- Understanding of food hygiene and safety.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Willingness and ability to work a variety of shifts, including opening and closing, days, nights, weekends and public holidays.
