Country and Outback Health Medical Practices consists of the Quorn and Yorketown Medical Practices, both providing high quality healthcare services to the rural community. The practices are fully accredited and have a full complement of permanent staff.

About the role

- Full-time (76 hours per fortnight, Mon - Fri)
- Location: Quorn or Yorketown

Country and Outback Health (COBH) Medical have an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join their team as the Practice Manager this is a chance to showcase your leadership skills to inspire, guide and empower the team while delivering exceptional patient care, fostering team work and contributing to the success of the practice. The role can be taken up at either location as a base and expected to travel to the other practice as required.

About You

- Play a key role in supporting our GP practices and keeping our day-to-day running smoothly.
- Help manage finances and resources so we can deliver quality care to our community.
- Build strong, supportive relationships with the team, patients and local partners.
- Bring your problem-solving skills and positive outlook to the unique rewards of rural healthcare.
