Job Description

Are you ready to be part of the future of construction? At Uniplan Group, we’re transforming the way buildings are designed and delivered through Modular Construction and Modern Methods of Construction (MMC). This is an exciting opportunity to join our growing Sales team as an Architectural Design Specialist and contribute to innovative projects across holiday parks, lifestyle villages, social housing, and more.

About the Role

Reporting to the Sales Manager, this role will lead the architectural design and development of customer-driven solutions, turning vision into reality with precision, speed, and creativity. You’ll work closely with our sales and construction teams, ensuring designs are both functional and buildable while exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver superior customer experiences with prompt, accurate, and realistic design concepts

- Support the sales team with complex design requirements and collaboration on key projects

- Produce renders, flythroughs, and council drawings as required

- Ensure compliance with relevant codes and regulations

- Drive R&D for new design releases and design efficiencies

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the “Uniplan Way”

Desired Skills and Experience

- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to engage clients directly

- Creative yet practical design thinking with a focus on buildability and cost efficiency

- Proficiency in ArchiCAD and 3D visualisation software

- Experience in complex design developments including multi-dwelling projects and LHD guidelines

- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving modular delivery cycle while balancing speed with quality
