We provide services to individuals and families struggling to make ends meet. Emergency Relief addresses the gap in resources such as food, clothing and material aid. It is also about relationships, and walking alongside people to help them navigate their way to a better place in their lives.

Regular - more than 6 months

Training

On-line induction and training. Off-line also available. On-site orientation and training.

Time required

Multiple shifts are available.

Requirements

- National Police Certificate
- Working with Children Check

Highly developed interpersonal communication skills. Excellent customer service skills.Attention to detail creating and maintaining client records. Ability to use computers and database systems to log, retrieve and utilise client information. A friendly, sympathetic, non-judgemental and empathic personal manner. Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism.Experience preferred but not essential.
