We’re seeking a Developer with excellent communication skills, a hunger to learn, sharp eye for detail, and a passion for solving real-world problems. This role sits within the technical team (80% Projects / 20% BAU), where you’ll play a key part in developing, maintaining, enhancing, and evolving enterprise systems, while also contributing to exciting AI-driven initiatives. The role can be based out of Melbourne, Adelaide, Brisbane, Sydney or Canberra.

Duties

- Developing, supporting and enhancing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions

- Developing and automating workflows with Power Apps and Power Automate

- Working from fully defined user stories to deliver reliable, maintainable code

- Building and refining front-end components using JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML/CSS, and CSP.NET

- Assisting in AI integration projects, including work with Python

- Collaborating with senior developers and business analysts to troubleshoot issues and implement improvements

- Helping bring internal tools and products to market through iterative development and support

Skills Required

- Familiarity with Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate)

- A working understanding of Dynamics 365 and its ecosystem

- Strong skills in JavaScript and TypeScript

- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and CSP.NET

- Exposure to Python and an interest in AI and automation

- Bonus: Experience with C#, .NET Framework, Azure Services, or Microsoft Copilot / Azure OpenAI

- A proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and a genuine desire to grow.
