THE ROLE:

Reporting to the F&B Manager, you will coordinate and oversee all aspects of day-to-day operations of the Paper Crane - our Asian Fusion premium dining venue. You will be responsible for ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of guests, production of quality food and high standards of service. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Hospitality professional who can:

- Naturally demonstrate an inherent desire to provide our guests and customers with the best level of service
- Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety in compliance with health regulations
- Help manage a passionate team by providing ongoing development and feedback
- Managing schedules, staffing levels, and ensuring proper coverage during peak hours.
- Foster a positive work culture, by providing consistent feedback, coaching and ongoing training to our team
- Promote marketing strategies to maximise sales

ABOUT YOU:

- Prior experience leading teams and venues in a Food & Beverage environment
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Passion for the culinary arts and dedication to delivering an exceptional dining experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
