What you will be doing

Reporting directly to the Business Analysis Manager, you will:

Work independently with business users and technical specialists to model, analyse, and document current and future business processes and requirements

Develop user stories and business rules using Agile methodology, ensuring all documentation aligns with VEC standards

Produce project management documentation as required

Lead Agile development teams as Scrum Master, ensuring features are delivered on time, within scope, and to agreed quality standards

Proactively manage and resolve issues, identify and mitigate risks, and handle changes to requirements throughout the development lifecycle

Manage production support changes and address bugs in existing systems.

What you will bring to the role

Strong business process modelling skills (BPMN, UML standards)

Experience collaborating with UX/UI experts on customer journey mapping

Excellent requirement elicitation and stakeholder management skills

IT systems development background with complex project delivery experience

Proven Agile development experience (Scrum Master certification highly regarded)
