Position: Marketing Specialist

Salary: 76900-84000 Plus.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented marketing professional to join the growing team at Education Planet Global as a Marketing Specialist. In this full-time, Sydney-based role, you will be responsible for driving the company's marketing communications strategy and executing a range of digital and traditional marketing campaigns to raise brand awareness and drive new leads.

What you'll be doing

Develop and implement marketing strategies and plans to promote Education Planet Global products and services

Create compelling content such as social media posts, website copy, email newsletters, and blog articles

Manage and optimise the company's digital marketing channels, including website, social media, and paid advertising

Collaborate with the sales team to generate qualified leads and support the sales process

Analyse marketing data and campaign performance to continuously improve effectiveness

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to identify new opportunities

Support the planning and execution of events and tradeshows

Provide administrative and creative support for day-to-day marketing activities.

Prepare regular marketing reports and presentations for management.

Assist in budget planning, allocation, and monitoring for marketing campaigns.

Manage and update CRM systems with marketing and lead generation data.

Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and competitor activities



What we're looking for:

2-3 years of experience in a marketing communications or digital marketing role, ideally within the education or technology sector.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content. Multicultural Language knowledge is a plus.

Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and Google Analytics

Excellent project management skills and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and deadlines

A collaborative and adaptable mindset, with a passion for learning and continuous improvement

Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, or a related field are preferred

A proactive, team-oriented approach, with strong problem-solving and adaptability skills.

Strong creative and analytical skills, with the ability to craft compelling campaigns and measure their effectiveness
