Personal Carer | BlueCare | Community Care

Employment Status: Permanent Part Time

Remuneration: $35.51 p/hr + 12% Super + Not for Profit Salary Packaging (Increases your take-home pay) + Allowances & Travel Reimbursement (KM’s) + Employee discounts

About the role:

As a Personal Carer, you’ll provide care to clients living in the community, supporting their independence and improving their quality of life.

This includes scheduled visits, interacting one-on-one with clients within their homes, supporting with daily activities, personal care, meal prep, house cleaning, laundry, and ironing.

You will provide care in accordance with individualised Care Plans and support community-based recreational and social activities, including transportation and assistance with shopping and appointments.

Role requirements:

- Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support, or an equivalent qualification - Essential
- Current Australian Driver’s Licence (Green Provisional minimum) - Essential
- Roadworthy & insured vehicle for work - Essential
- Experience with technology including smartphones, tablets, laptops
- Ability to pass relevant probity checks
