About Our Client

Our client is a well-established, rural-based accounting firm with several offices across two states. The firm services a diverse client base including individuals, agribusinesses, SMEs, and high-turnover entities. With a team of 40 professionals and a strong presence in rural Victoria, the firm is known for its inclusive culture, flexible working arrangements, and commitment to professional development.

Job Description

- Prepare and lodge tax returns for a range of entities including individuals, companies, trusts, and partnerships
- Manage the preparation and submission of BAS and IAS statements
- Support clients with tax planning strategies and business structuring advice
- Compile financial statements and produce management reporting packs
- Deliver tailored, client-focused advice while fostering long-term relationships

The Successful Applicant

A successful Accountant should have:

- CA/CPA or IPA qualified, or nearing completion
- A minimum of 2 + years' experience in a public practice environment
- A can-do attitude
- Excellent attention to detail
- Previous client facing experience is preferred
