Do you have a passion for customer service and an eye for elegant home designs? If so, then make your passion a reality and join a motivated retail team as a Customer Service Officer, based at our Berrimah home improvement store.

We are seeking a career orientated professional to learn all aspects within a dynamic retail store, servicing a wide range of our products and services, reporting to the Store Manager.

Responsibilities

- Face to face and telephone customer service and sales
- Assist customers to find innovative design solutions
- Prepare accurate and timely project quotations
- Maintain store stock levels and general housekeeping
- Assist in customer pick-up area to ensure products are loaded safely into customer vehicles
- Engage in regular product and sales training
- Strict adherence to our critical safety rules and contributing to a safe working environment

About You

- Proven ability to provide solutions and drive sales
- A passion to deliver outstanding customer service
- Previous experience within a retail and/or building industry preferred
- Competency with software systems
- Highly organised with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to enhance the customer experience by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace
- Whilst experience is great, it’ll be your passion, reliable attitude and personality that set you apart
