Estia Health Epping is set in a vibrant residential area close to public transport and shopping centres including Epping Plaza. This single level (70 bed) residence with recently refurbished surroundings welcomes visitors through its tree-lined entry and provides ample onsite parking.

About the role

Reporting directly to the Regional Manager, and as the head of the home, you’ll lead a dedicated team in providing exceptional care and creating a warm, supportive environment for residents, families, and staff. This is a rewarding leadership role where you’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact—driving quality care, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring the smooth operation of our home.

You will:

- Find the best way forward for our residents and people.
- Run a tight ship - maintaining efficiency and operational safety.
- Keep the lights on and ensure revenue targets are met.
- Inspire your team to perform and grow.
- Build ties with the community to everyone’s benefit.

You’ll be a strong business leader with commercial acumen and a generous style of management. You’ll also have:

- A real desire to make a difference in people’s lives
- Spent at least five years in a management role
- A background in aged or medical care
- Worked with a number of different systems
