Our Product Cadet Program gives top-performing university students the opportunity to work directly within insightfactory.ai’s product team, contributing to the ongoing development of our flagship platform — the Insight Factory — and its suite of AI-driven solutions.

As a Product Cadet, you’ll help design, engineer, and deliver real features used by enterprise clients across Australia. You’ll work alongside product engineers, data scientists, and AI specialists on projects involving Generative AI, LLMs, agentic systems, and modern data platform architecture — gaining exposure to how world-class SaaS products are built, deployed, and scaled.
