Their offerings include hand tools, machines, tailored packaging systems, consumables, and professional services, including project engineering and technical support. This is a key role focused on driving business growth by securing new clients and expanding the company’s market share.

Ideal Candidate

- Proven Sales Professional: Strong background in sales, ideally within the packaging or related industries.
- New Business Hunter: Entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to secure new clients and achieve ambitious sales targets.
- Autonomous and Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently while staying motivated and goal-oriented.
- Hands-On: Comfortable stepping into responsibilities outside the typical BDM role when necessary.
- Relationship-Oriented: Skilled at developing long-term client partnerships.
- Industry Expertise: Background in strapping or industrial packaging is preferred but not essential.
