In this position, you'll engage with a varied patient base, applying evidence-based approaches to craft and execute personalised treatment plans that cater to individual needs.
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
- Perform thorough assessments of patients and create customised treatment plans.
- Employ manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercises to promote recovery and improve mobility.
- Track patient progress and modify treatment strategies as needed.
- Provide guidance and support to patients and their families.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation in line with regulatory and practice standards.
Requirements
Minimum qualifications and attributes:
- Degree in Physiotherapy (Bachelor/'s or Master/'s)
- Current AHPRA registration
- Experience in private practice is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to continuous professional development
