Underground HD Fitter – Wangara – Immediate Start

One of ETA’s trusted clients is seeking an experienced Underground HD Fitter to join their team, carrying out maintenance, servicing, and repairs on heavy mobile equipment in an underground mining environment.

- Day Shift Rate - $68 hr (negotiable)
- Night Shift Rate - $78 (negotiable)

What you’ll be doing:

- Identify mechanical faults and carry out repairs on engines, hydraulics, transmissions, braking systems, and electrical components (underground)
- Preventative Maintenance on Underground Vehicles – Perform scheduled servicing to keep machinery running safely and reduce downtime.
- Assembly & Installation – Build, fit, and install mechanical components on heavy equipment.

Requirements:

- Experience repairing, diagnosing and maintaining Sandvik and CAT underground machinery
- Rebuild and refurb experience
- Trade Certificate III – Fitting/Mobile Plant
