Overview

Join Our Team as an Accounts Payable Administration Officer We are seeking a commercially focused Accounts Payable Administration Officer to join our dynamic Finance Shared Services team. Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager, you will play an essential role in maintaining supplier data and managing accounts payable communications, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounts payable tasks including payment run processing and supplier inquiries.
- Maintain and update supplier master data in line with company policies.
- Monitor and action departmental generic emails and support internal and external stakeholders.
- Perform other Accounts Payable Tasks as required.
- Adhere strictly to company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Foster strong relationships with internal teams and external suppliers.
- Participate in training and continuous improvement activities.

What We’re Looking For

- Strong understanding of company policies, procedures, and financial accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with staff, suppliers, and customers.
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and work conscientiously under deadlines.
- High degree of accuracy and confidentiality in handling information.
- Good mathematical skills and competent computer skills (MS Office – Excel, Word, Outlook; PowerPoint desirable).
- Experience with IMAS database is a plus, but not essential.
- A team player with excellent time management and commitment to strong work ethics.
