Overview
Live in paradise with a lovely family in Mackay Mum and Dad are expecting their first baby in October and are looking for an experienced Nanny to care for the baby and help around the home as needed. The parents both work running their own business and are excited to have an extra pair of hands during this busy time They also have 2 beautiful, friendly dogs
Location
Mackay is a lush tropical region with natural attractions including national parks, Great Barrier Reef tropical islands and pristine beaches. The family are 13 km from the centre of town. They will provide use of a car to make travel easier. There is a local bus service that collects from the entrance of the estate and will take you all over Mackay. There is a local cinema, local pubs, various night clubs, and restaurants and beautiful waterfalls. The family are not far from Airlie beach - the gateway to Whitsundays
Role details
You will have a large bedroom at the other end of the house with your own bathroom. You will be living in a family friendly suburb The family home is filled with laughter, music and banter
Responsibilities
- Care for a newborn baby
- Assist with light house duties
Requirements / Qualifications
- Experience with newborns
- Blue card, references and first aid
- Working Holiday Visa accepted; 12 month commitment
Logistics
Role is approximately 30 hours per week. A great live in package will be offered. We are accepting applications from live in Nannies and experienced Au Pairs with newborn experience on a Working Holiday Visa. A 12 month commitment is required. Hiring now for an October start date
