The Hours (4 days a week):

Join our team in this role within the hours 9:00am – 4:30pm, Monday, Wednesday, Friday and 9:00am – 5:30pm on Thursday.

Your home branch will be Charlestownhowever your skills and expertise will also be required to cover our Newcastle, Glendale, East Maitland & Raymond Terracebranchesso a licence and transport is essential.

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

- Support NAB’s Charlestown & surrounding branchesby being the first point of contact for our customers; putting them at the centre of everything you do.

- Identify the most suitable products and services for customers: like account opening, unsecured lending and banking transactions

- Demonstrate our Smarter Banking options (self-service and digital) for customers; making so banking is simple, easy and secure.
