About the Team

Our national Insurance & Health practice combines deep industry knowledge with local expertise and the highest standards of client service. Our team of more than 200 specialist lawyers has the depth of experience and agility to help our clients, both in Australia and overseas, to navigate the complex risk landscape and support their insureds.

About the Role

An engaging opportunity awaits you as a Solicitor or Associate in our insurance team in Sydney. We have rewarding work on offer in the Professional Indemnity space, focusing on conveyancing professional indemnity and cyber matters. The team works across a broad range of financial lines matters (including directors & officers, management liability and professional indemnity work), property, construction and statutory liability. You’ll collaborate with a team of specialists in their field headed up by Simon Black and Thomas Byrne – principals who are committed to empowering you and your career progression.

About You

If the following sounds like you, we would love to hear from you:

- you have 2-4 years of experience in the defendant insurance space with a focus on professional indemnity;

- you can efficiently manage your own file load;

- you enjoy building client relationships and achieving excellent outcomes;

- you are a problem-solver who values collaboration and understands the importance of strong working relationships.
