Due to continuous growth, we are seeking to appoint a Junior HSEQ Advisor to join our team on a full-time basis in Osborne Park.

The Junior HSEQ Advisor will support the organisation in implementing, maintaining, and monitoring Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality (HSEQ) systems. This role provides assistance to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry best practices while fostering a safe, environmentally responsible, and quality-focused culture.

Reports to: HSEQ Manager / Senior HSEQ Advisor.

Key Responsiblities:

- Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of HSEQ policies, procedures, and programs.
- Support risk assessments, hazard identification, and control measures across projects and operational activities.
- Conduct site inspections, audits, and observations to monitor compliance with HSEQ standards.
- Assist in incident reporting, investigation, and corrective action tracking.
- Support training initiatives, including inductions, toolbox talks, and HSEQ awareness programs.
- Maintain HSEQ records, registers, and documentation in line with regulatory and internal requirements.
- Monitor regulatory changes and support the implementation of compliance measures.
- Assist in reporting HSEQ performance metrics to management.
- Promote a proactive HSEQ culture among employees, contractors, and stakeholders.

Skills and Competencies:

- Knowledge of HSEQ principles, legislation, and standards (e.g., ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 9001).
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders.
- Analytical skills to support audits, inspections, and incident investigations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Certificate IV in OHS.
- Previous experience in Hammertech is desirable but not essential.
- Familiarity with the Construction industry.

Other Requirements:

- Current valid [Driver’s License / any relevant certifications].
