Overview

Olympus is the taverna you dream of finding in the heart of a lively Greek village – communal, abundant, and vibrant, with a touch of theatrical flair. Here, upbeat and polished service meets authentic, modern Greek cuisine under the glow of a giant neon bougainvillea. As the sixth venue from the celebrated team behind Sydney’s The Apollo and Cho Cho San, Brisbane’s Greca and Yoko Dining at Howard Smith Wharves, and The Apollo in Tokyo, Olympus continues our tradition of creating unforgettable dining experiences that you will return to time and time again.

The Role

We are looking for experienced Section Waiters & Runners to join our team who love food, wine, give incredible customer service and who thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment. We are a team of hospitality professionals and want to meet enthusiastic, like-minded people to join us.

The right person will:

- Have a bright and sunny disposition.
- A passion for service and creating the best guest experience.
- Have experience managing a section in an hatted or premium restaurant
- Exceptional wine knowledge
- Must be available on weekends

Responsibilities

- Run a section of 20 to 25 people.
- Provide our guests with great service and enthusiastic energy
- Running food
