Our Feedlot Graduate Program is a hands‑on, 12‑month opportunity designed to build your skills and fast‑track your future in feedlot operations. Best of all, a permanent position is guaranteed upon successful completion of the program.

Your Role

Based at our modern feedlot in Chinchilla, Queensland, this paid program offers practical, on‑the‑ground experience across livestock management, feed milling, maintenance, and administration. You’ll be mentored by experienced supervisors and managers and supported to grow your skills and confidence across all aspects of the operation.

What You’ll Experience

- Mill Operations – feed production, feeding programmes, quality control, machinery use.

- Maintenance – preventative maintenance, equipment repairs, safety procedures.

- Administration – office operations, finance support, compliance, and HR.

- An Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or holder of a valid permanent work visa.
