Job Description
About the role
Our Telwater team is currently looking for Production Labourers to join the team. We have a variety of roles across different areas of our business including carpet laying, pre-paint clean, machine operators/ metal prep, trades assistants and fit out team members.
These are full time, permanent roles working Monday to Friday (40hrs/ week). Early starts (5:30am) are required.
Desired Skills and Experience
What we are looking for:
- Willingness to learn. All training will be provided.
- Reliability with great attendance.
- Ability to work in a very fast paced environment.
- Ability to learn how to efficiently process components for the manufacture of our large boat products.
- Operating robot machines, routers and press machines.
- Lifting, handling, and folding sheet metal.
- Regular use of power tools, hand tools, brake press machine, circular saws, and millers.
- Full Australian working rights.
- Attention to detail and take pride in the quality of your work.
- Willingness to learn and develop skills within our boat building operations.
- Physically fit and able to pass a pre-employment medical.
