We are currently expanding our manufacturing and technology base in line with our growth and have multiple positions available.

Job Summary

Manufacture and assembly of bespoke frames & trusses using hand tools, semi automatic & CNC woodworking equipment. This role represents an opportunity for a hardworking individuals to futher develop their residential constuction skills and knowledge.

The role also offers development opportunities into transport, logistics and supervisory roles.

Qualifications and Skills

Trade qualifications and or experience in a frame and truss maufacturing.

- Be reliable, committed and hard working

Key Responsibilities

- Operate and maintain woodworking machinery (e.g., saws, planers, moulders, CNC machines)
- Read and interpret technical drawings and job specifications
- Select and prepare timber for machining
- Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment
- Collaborate with other team members to meet production deadlines

Requirements

- At least 2 years experience as a wood machinist or in a similar role
- Strong understanding of woodworking machinery and tools
- Ability to work from technical drawings and specifications
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality craftsmanship
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a workshop environment
- Certificate III in Wood Machining or equivalent
