Job Description
- Expertise in SQL skills to profile the data.
- Analyze, profile, and systematically present data for understanding by the business and management teams.
- ETL development and Data Migration tasks.
- Interpret the functional aspects of data and reporting.
- Present data to the business and data consumers, define scope, and highlight gaps/issues from the source.
- Identify patterns and trends in data sets.
- Collaborate with teams within the business, solution team, or technical team to establish business needs.
Skills and Experience
- 5-7 years of experience in data analysis and development.
- Solid consulting ability across SSIS, SSRS, and expertise in data profiling/analysis, SQL, and data deduplication/cleansing processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills—ability to analyze and critically evaluate information to resolve conflicts, anticipate issues, and prioritize decisions.
- Experience working in a client-facing capacity with interpersonal and communication skills to manage and influence key stakeholder relationships.
