Job Description
The Finance Business Partner will be responsible for the following:
- Partner with the SLT to provide financial insights and recommendations
- Manage an Assistant Accountant and accounts payable/receivables
- Develop and maintain budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling systems
- Engage with stakeholders to understand financial performance
- Provide financial analysis to support strategic decision making
- Budgeting, forecasting
- Assist with the preparation of monthly and yearly financial statements
- Assist with the audit
- Drive process improvement initiatives within the finance department
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
- Participate in special projects as required
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Business Partner should have:
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Professional accounting qualification (CA/CPA or equivalent)
- Audit or Business Services background is an advantage
- Solid experience in financial modelling and analysis
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Strong business partnering skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and financial software applications
