Senior Project Manager I / Australia / CLINICAL TRIALS

We’re Avance Clinical, a Contract Research Organisation that provides specialised services supporting drug development for the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry. Our founding roots date back to the 1980s, and we are known for high quality service and an unrivalled reputation in our field.

Responsibilities

- Manage clinical projects from commencement to completion, acting as the interface between clients and sites.
- Oversee multiple trials across therapeutic areas, ensuring studies are delivered on time and within budget.
- Contribute to a fast-paced CRO environment with a drive for high performance.

What you’ll need to succeed

- Tertiary qualifications in health or life sciences.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in a CRO/Pharma environment, with at least 5 years on fast-paced early-phase clinical trials.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to set priorities, analyse problems, and coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Self-starter attitude, flexibility, and adaptability to a changing CRO environment.
