Team Leader

About the Role:
As a global OEM, we are paving the way with new technology. We are seeking a dynamic, confident and experienced Team Leader to join a brand-new team in Perth. This role will be pivotal in providing effective leadership and coordination of projects that enable and empower the team to deliver safe, efficient, and compliant support to the Mining Division and its Customers through the adoption of standardised practices and process.
Skills and Duties:
With an immediate start you will:
1. Provide effective leadership and direction to team members and be a proactive contributor to wider customer support
2. Have the primary responsibility for day-to-day management of the 24x7 Mining Support solution
3. Lead and participate in projects and collaborate with stakeholders for strategy development
4. Focus on continuous improvement initiatives, standardisation projects and other work segments as required
5. Provide on the job training and mentoring as required.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
1. Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional technical teams
2. Proven experience in providing technical support to key stakeholders
3. An engineering or trade qualification with solid troubleshooting ability.
Ideally you will have:
1. Experience working with autonomous haulage solutions or equivalent autonomous systems or technology products
2. Experience working on Liebherr equipment and sound working knowledge of the tools and processes available
3. Manage remote teams.
Applicants successful in progressing past interview stage will be required to undergo a Pre-employment process including National Police Clearance and Medical Screening process which includes drug and alcohol testing.
