We are seeking Mechanical Maintenance Technicians to support upcoming rail projects; you'll be responsible for maintaining and upgrading rolling stock to meet safety and industry standards. This role is ideal for technicians who take pride in delivering quality, hands-on work.

Role Overview:

- Carry out mechanical maintenance on rolling stock fleet, ensuring systems are maintained and upgraded to current specifications.
- Work within confined spaces, applying strong safety awareness and compliance with rail industry regulations.
- Perform manual handling and participate in heavy lifting when required.
- Contribute to a zero-harm work culture, maintaining strict safety and compliance standards.
- Operate in a drug- and alcohol-free environment.

Key Requirements:

- Certificate III in Engineering - Mechanical (or equivalent).
- Current Rail Industry Worker (RIW) card, (including CAT-3 medical and drug & alcohol testing).
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and timely delivery.
- Experience in the rail sector or heavy industry advantageous, though not essential.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Full working rights in Australia.
- Basic hand tools required (specialised tools provided).
