Overview

Speech Pathologist – Join the ORS Family

Are you ready to make a real difference while having fun along the way? The ORS Speech Pathology team is growing – and we're on the hunt for our next superstar clinician

You'll join a national crew of 60+ passionate Speech Pathologists in our NDIS division, working with participants aged 0–65. From tiny tots to adults, you'll help clients with a wide variety of needs, diagnoses and goals – no two days will ever look the same

Your Role

You'll work alongside amazing clients over months (sometimes years), building strong bonds and celebrating their wins every step of the journey. Your toolbox will include:

- Communication assessments
- Swallowing & paediatric feeding (dysphagia) assessments
- Mealtime management plans
- AAC assessments
- Ongoing therapy & interventions

You'll work your magic in all sorts of environments – homes, schools, preschools, group homes, day programs, the community, via telehealth, and in ORS offices.

What's in it for you?

- Dedicated admin & IT support (so you can focus on clients, not paperwork)
- Access to top-notch assessment tools & online resources
- Ongoing PD opportunities, internal & external
- A clear pathway for specialisation and career progression

Work-Life Balance That's Actually Real

We really mean it when we say balance matters. Many of us juggle families, study, sport, and everything in between, so here's how we support you:

- Flexibility to work from home
- Clients allocated close to your home where possible
- Ownership of your calendar – you're in control
- Suburban office locations with free parking
- Options for part-time or reduced hours

Graduate Program

New to the profession? Our six-month Graduate Program has you covered with reduced client load, weekly mentoring, tailored training and a close-knit graduate network. (Fun fact: many of our leaders started here)

What you'll need

- Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology
- SPA registration (or eligibility)
- Driver's licence & car
- Relevant checks (Police, WWCC/WWVP, NDIS clearance – or willingness to obtain)
