About the Position

Key Responsibilities
Organise and schedule fuel deliveries to ensure timely and efficient supply in line with operational demands.
Develop and manage staff rosters and schedules to meet business requirements while optimising team performance.
Manage time effectively to complete tasks on schedule and meet all deadlines.
Regularly appraise inventory levels and order new merchandise to maintain well-stocked supplies.
Enhance productivity and customer service by anticipating needs and providing outstanding support.
Review financial statements and sales or activity reports to measure productivity and achieve business goals.
Build positive relationships with customers through friendly and engaging interactions.
Requirements
Australian citizens and permanent residents are encouraged to apply.
Diploma or higher qualification.
At least 1 year of relevant experience.
Strong organisational and time-management skills for scheduling and inventory control.
Proficiency in financial reporting and sales analysis tools.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for staff leadership and customer engagement.
Ability to foster a positive team environment and handle high-pressure retail scenarios.
