You'll keep the energy high and the workflow smooth in your designated department. By leading by example, you'll work with your team to ensure every day is a success and operations run like a well-oiled machine. Get ready to lead, inspire, and make a real impactWe provide an adult pay rate for 18 years of age and above at $30.78 per hour for this role.**What’s involved:*** Lead by example by demonstrating best service practices and support the team in providing friendly and helpful advice to customers* Coach the team through guidance on appropriate service behaviours* Helping onboard and train new team members by providing training and induction support* Merchandising standards to ensure all merchandising meets business requirements* Managing and coordinating stock effectively.**Who we're looking for:**Our ideal candidate will share a genuine passion for retail and customer service and be complimentary to the store leadership team. You will have previous experience supervising a team in a fast-paced environment, have open communication and a genuine interest in coaching and developing others.This role is a great opportunity for an aspiring retail leader to grow their leadership career in a supportive team environment.
