We’re expanding and looking for reliable HR Drivers to join our Jandakot team.

The Opportunity

We are currently looking for HR Drivers with previous experience - Front Lift, Rear Lift, Hook Lift, HIAB, Crane or Tautliner. This role involves early starts (4:00am), Monday to Friday, with plenty of weekend overtime opportunities available, plus a sign-on bonus of up to $3,000

What You’ll Be Doing

- Collect, transport, and dispose of commercial waste and recyclable materials locally

- Performing vehicle safety checks and completing compliance paperwork

- Engaging in manual handling – must be physically fit

- Providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships

- Contributing to a clean, safe, and professional work environment

What You’ll Bring

- A current HR license

- HR truck driving experience

- A flexible, reliable, and safety-first attitude

- Solid understanding of Chain of Responsibility and Fatigue Management

- Waste industry experience is a bonus but not essential

- A positive, team-oriented approach
