As a Labourer, you’ll grow your skills with opportunities to work on exciting projects across various locations in our region while enjoying the flexibility of a 9-day fortnight. In this hands on role, you'll contribute to the construction and maintenance of civil infrastructure and assets for the community where you live and physically see the impact of your efforts. Working within a supportive team you'll achieve a better balance, where your career and life outside work matters.

You’ll work with a great team to:

- Undertake a variety of civil works duties including road construction/maintenance, pothole and heavy patching, footpath work, pipelaying, line marking, pipe laying and minor sealing works.

- Undertake plant maintenance as per manufacturer’s guidelines

- Collate and record information required for works undertaken

What you'll bring

To thrive in this role, you will need:

- Physical fitness to undertake the inherent requirements of the job

- Basic literacy and numeracy

- General Construction Induction Card (White card)

We would also love you to have:

- Demonstrated experience and skills in civil infrastructure related works such as road construction and maintenance

- Higher grade truck licences, ability to operate other plant

- RMS Traffic Controller and Implement Traffic Control Plan tickets

This position offers an attractive annual salary ranging from $56,195 to $65,275.
