Female Personal Care Worker

Right at Home North (South Morang) is looking for a female personal care worker (PCW) for immediate start. Must be happy to travel with own car.

Responsibilities

- Assisting clients with personal hygiene, grooming, dressing and toileting

- Assisting clients with meal preparation

- Providing companionship and emotional support

- Driving clients to appointments and social activities

- House cleaning (vacuuming, mop, dust, laundry, bathrooms, etc.)

- Monitoring and reporting changes in client's health and/or wellbeing and promptly reporting to RN

- Accurately and thoroughly documenting services provided into visual care app

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year experience in community care

- Dementia care experience (preferred)

- Cert III in aged care

- First aid and CPR

- Police check

- NDIS screen check

- Working with children check

- Driver's license and own car with comprehensive car insurance

- Certificate 111 in individual support or equivalent
