The Opportunity

Based out of our Morningside QLD depot in Brisbane, we are seeking an experienced HR Driver / Scheduler to support our operations and coordinate essential services across the region.

- $36.22 per hour

- Monday to Friday 6AM - 3PM

- Permanent full-time role – Morningside QLD

- Providing waste collection services and operating a company vehicle

- Delivering loads to nominated recycling and disposal facilities

- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction

- Maintaining presentation of the vehicle, inside and out

- Coordinating daily schedules for drivers and vehicle movements

- Allocating jobs based on workload, vehicle availability, and operational priorities

- Communicating with drivers, customers, and the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery

- Updating systems with job status, route changes, and completion times

- Responding to delays or issues and adjusting schedules as needed

- Hold an unrestricted HR Licence

- Waste industry experience preferred but not essential, as we’ll support the right person to learn

- A collaborative team player who can also work independently

- Presentable, professional, and customer-focused

- Strong computer skills and the ability to learn scheduling/operational systems
